Storing and processing of clients and internet users’ data is exclusively done as is complied by the Law, or according to the clear consent of the users, only for the time needed to fulfil the reasons for processing as stated earlier, or until the user disagrees with the use of his data from Epsilon Informatics, or until the consent given is withdrawn. Nevertheless, when it is demanded by the law, our company will retain the customers’ personal data for longer time, or when these data are needed so as our company defend or demand itself in view of a legal dispute.

Headquarters and location of Epsilon Informatics is in Greece. As a result all processing made in our company are within the Greek soil.

ACCESS AND CONTROL IN CUSTOMERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Users of services and products of Epsilon Informatics can ask any given minute information in relation to their personal data and ask for their correction or deletion. Epsilon Informatics can delete the data only in case of absence of legal obligation or if there is no other legal right on the company’s behalf to keep them. If there is a deletion of a user’s data then Epsilon Informatics cannot continue offer its services to this user, when there is a call for this use. In case that Epsilon Informatics uses the personal data of a user under the latter’s consent, or in case of a collaboration, the user can ask for a copy of his data. Finally, users can ask by the company to hold back any process of their data in the following cases:

1. When the data kept by the company are false
2. There is no legal fundamental basis for these data to process on behalf of Epsilon Informatics and the user can ask for the limitation of their process.
